Termes et conditions pour location des installations de l’Église Sans Frontières

Veuillez lire attentivement ces conditions générales avant de louer les installations de l'église Sans Frontières, ci-après dénommée "Sans Frontières". En louant nos installations, vous acceptez de vous conformer et d'être lié par les conditions suivantes :

  1. Utilisation des installations : a. Objectif : Les installations doivent être utilisées uniquement à des fins conformes à ce qui est spécifié dans le formulaire de réservation. Toute modification doit être approuvée par écrit par Sans Frontières. b. Capacité : Vous acceptez de ne pas dépasser la limite de capacité maximale de l'espace loué, telle que déterminée par les codes de sécurité locaux. c. Décorations : Toutes les décorations et l'équipement apportés sur les lieux de Sans Frontières doivent être approuvés à l'avance et doivent être conformes aux réglementations de sécurité incendie. d. Alcool et tabac : Alcool, drogues, fumée et vapotage sont strictement interdits dans les locaux et sur les terrains de l’Église Sans Frontières.

  2. Responsabilité et assurance : a. Responsabilité : Vous êtes responsable de toute blessure, dommage ou perte survenue pendant votre événement et devez indemniser et dégager Sans Frontières de toute réclamation découlant de l'événement. b. Accès aux portes : S’il n’y a pas un représentant de Sans Frontières sur les lieux, une clé sera remise à la personne contact et sera de sa responsabilité lors de votre location. La clé devra être remise à la fin de votre événement. Il est interdit de partager les clés sans l’approbation du représentant de Sans Frontières.

  3. Annulation : a. Annulation : Si vous souhaitez annuler votre réservation, vous devez en informer Sans Frontières par écrit.

  4. Nettoyage et dommages : a. Nettoyage : Vous êtes responsable de remettre les installations dans leur état d'origine et de retirer tous les effets personnels rapidement après votre événement. b. Dommages : Vous êtes responsable de tout dommage aux biens de Sans Frontières, et les coûts de réparation seront déduits de la caution ou facturés séparément.

  5. Conformité aux lois : a. Lois et réglementations : Vous acceptez de respecter toutes les lois, réglementations et ordonnances applicables pendant votre événement.

  6. Résiliation : a. Sans Frontières se réserve le droit de résilier votre contrat de location si vous ne respectez pas ces conditions générales ou si votre événement présente un risque pour la propriété ou la réputation de Sans Frontières.

  7. Divers : a. Caméras de surveillance : Veuillez prendre note que nos caméras de surveillances 24h, enregistreront pendant la durée entière de votre location. Nous réservons les droits de conserver les enregistrements. b. Matériel : Aucun matériel de Sans Frontières ne peuvent quitter les lieux. c. Pas de cession : Vous ne pouvez pas céder ou transférer votre contrat de location à un tiers sans le consentement écrit de Sans Frontières. d. Loi applicable : Ces conditions générales seront régies et interprétées conformément aux lois de Québec. e. Accord complet : Ces conditions générales constituent l'accord complet entre vous et Sans Frontières concernant la location des installations et remplacent tous les accords antérieurs, qu'ils soient verbaux ou écrits.

En louant les installations de l'Église Sans Frontières, vous reconnaissez avoir lu, compris et accepté de respecter ces conditions générales. Le non-respect peut entraîner l'annulation de votre réservation.

Terms and conditions for rental of Église Sans Frontières facilities

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before renting the facilities of Sans Frontières Church, hereinafter referred to as “Sans Frontières”. By renting our facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following conditions:

  1. Use of facilities: a. Purpose: The facilities are to be used only for purposes as specified in the booking form. Any modification must be approved in writing by Sans Frontières. b. Capacity: You agree not to exceed the maximum capacity limit of the rented space, as determined by local safety codes. c. Decorations: All decorations and equipment brought onto Sans Frontières premises must be approved in advance and must comply with fire safety regulations. d. Alcohol and tobacco: Alcohol, drugs, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises and on the grounds of Sans Frontières.

  2. Liability and insurance: a. Liability: You are responsible for any injury, damage or loss occurring during your event and must indemnify and hold Sans Frontières harmless from any claims arising from the event. b. Access to the doors: If there is not a Sans Frontières representative on site, a key will be given to the contact person and will be their responsibility during your rental. They key must be returned after your event. It is prohibited to share or copy the keys without the approval of the Sans Frontières representative.

  3. Cancellation: a. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must inform Sans Frontières in writing.

  4. Cleaning and damage: a. Cleaning: You are responsible for returning the facilities to their original condition and removing all personal belongings promptly after your event. b. Damage: You are responsible for any damage to Sans Frontières property, and repair costs will be charged separately.

  5. Compliance with laws: a. Laws and Regulations: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances during your event.

  6. Termination: a. Sans Frontières reserves the right to terminate your rental contract if you do not comply with these terms and conditions or if your event presents a risk to the property or reputation of Sans Frontières.

  7. Miscellaneous: a. Surveillance cameras: Please note that our 24-hour surveillance cameras will record for the entire duration of your rental. We reserve the rights to retain recordings. b. Material: No Sans Frontières materials may leave the premises. c. No assignment: You cannot assign or transfer your rental contract to a third party without the written consent of Sans Frontières. d. Applicable law: These general conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Quebec. e. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Sans Frontières regarding the rental of the Facilities and supersede all prior agreements, whether oral or written.

    By renting the Sans Frontières Church facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your reservation.
